Title : Ayala Center Cebu Lagoon Redevelopment

CEBU, Philippines - ACC Lagoon Redevelopment. A 33,000 sq meter mall expansion of the Ayala Center Cebu in the Cebu Business Park. The project involved the redevelopment of the existing lagoon and the construction of the 13500 sqm Laminate Building, 6300 sqm Free Standing Building and the 13300 sqm Parking Building. This project was constructed by Primary Structures Corporation (PSC). 100% of Ready Mixed Concrete requirement for this project were supplied by CSI Ready Mixed Concrete Division and the concrete placing and finishing works by CSI Flatworks Division.
